Overview

East Capri is an exclusive residential community carved into a grid of deep saltwater canals. Palm-lined cul-de-sacs host expansive custom mansions with private swimming pools and slips accommodating offshore yachts and sportfishers. In gameplay terms, East Capri offers lucrative burglary opportunities and high-value vehicle acquisitions. Fleeing via the backyard canals provides an immediate exit onto open bay waters. In the real world, East Capri mirrors the residential canal estates of Marco Island, where direct boat access to the Gulf of Mexico is the defining feature of luxury living.
