Overview
Mount Kalaga National Park preserves the most rugged upland wilderness in Leonida. Deep river bluffs, ancient steephead ravines, and wild rushing rivers carve through the park's forested heart, connected by suspension footbridges, dirt hiking trails, and ranger stations. In gameplay terms, the national park delivers dramatic vertical gameplay with steep cliffs, narrow mountain passes, and dense wilderness cover. It is a premier location for dirt biking, off-road 4x4 crawling, and base jumping from elevated cliffs. In the real world, the park is inspired by the Apalachicola bluffs, Torreya State Park, and northern Florida's high river bluffs, which boast rare elevation drops and Appalachian-like flora uncommon in the rest of the peninsula.
