In gameplay terms, the Outer Keys provide a tight urban grid surrounded by deep ocean waters. The narrow residential alleys, public plazas, and crowded marina docks create intense close-quarters combat environments, while the open ocean offers escape routes to international waters. In the real world, the Outer Keys are inspired by Key West, Florida, the historic island city renowned for its bohemian heritage, literary legends, and vibrant tropical nightlife.
